Timber Couture specializes as a butcher block countertop shop in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Tim picks every hardwood slab — acacia, birch and hevea to have on hand; maple, walnut and oak by special order — then cuts, joins, seals and installs in kitchens across the Carolinas and Georgia. Real hardwood (not veneer) and sizes a box store will not carry.

Custom cut to your dimensions, unfinished or pre-sealed — picked up in Spartanburg or delivered.
Full installation
Cut & tailored on-site to ensure a perfect fit. Corner joints, sink cutouts, stain & finish all done on-site for best results.
Islands & bar tops
Big single island slabs, waterfall edges, and custom sizes up to 100″ × 144″ (if you need even bigger — ask).
We do not do instant cookie-cutter pricing per square foot — every job has its own details. Send in your layout or measurements, and we personally write up every quote: material, labor and delivery. Our typical lead time is one to three weeks; in-stock material often moves same or next day. Finishes are food-safe upon cure, with a few premium options to choose from. Our signature finish is called RAW and leaves wood looking & feeling natural while not compromising protection and durability.
Based in the Upstate, the shop installs across Greenville and Spartanburg, makes regular trips to Asheville and Hendersonville and Charlotte, and does make special trips as far as Atlanta, Myrtle Beach, Charleston & Savannah.
