Our services

Timber Couture Ltd Co supplies natural-wood and butcher-block countertops and installs them for homes and businesses across South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia, from our base in Simpsonville, SC.

Requests, quotes and estimates

Submitting the order form sends us a request — it does not place a binding order or reserve materials. Prices shown on the site and figures produced by the planning tools are estimates. A quote becomes binding only when we confirm it to you in writing, and it remains subject to material availability and to a site check where an installation is involved.

Deposits and payment

Installation work is scheduled once the agreed deposit is received; the balance is due on completion unless your written quote says otherwise. Custom-cut and special-order materials may be non-refundable once cutting or ordering has begun — your quote will say so before you commit.

Scheduling and site access

Installation dates are agreed with you in advance. We need reasonable access to the work area, and the site ready as described in your quote (for example, cabinets installed and level, old tops removed unless removal is part of the job). If the site isn't ready, we may need to reschedule, and extra visits may be charged.

Natural wood

Wood is a natural material. Variation in grain, color and character between samples, photos and the delivered piece — and seasonal movement such as minor expansion, contraction or checking — are characteristics of solid wood, not defects. Finished tops need the care described in your care instructions.

Measurements you provide

If you provide your own measurements, sketches or kitchen-planner layouts, we cut and quote to them — the fit of material supplied to customer measurements is your responsibility. Where your quote includes professional measurement by us, we take that responsibility instead.

Photos of completed work

We may photograph completed installations and show them in our public gallery, project journal and social media. Photos show the work itself, and we don't publish names or street addresses with them. If you'd rather your project not appear, tell us in writing (email is fine) at any time and we won't publish it — or we'll take it down if it's already up.

Warranty and liability

We warrant our installation workmanship for one year from completion and will repair or correct workmanship defects reported in that period. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, water damage from standing moisture, lack of maintenance, natural wood movement, or work performed by others.

To the fullest extent South Carolina law allows, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed, and our total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law says cannot be limited.
